Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit of 50% is required to secure your slot within our availability. This deposit is non-refundable. Please note that your project is confirmed only after we have received your signed client contract.
For premium packages or larger projects (tailor-made package), we offer a flexible payment plan. You can make a payment of 50% upfront, followed by two subsequent payments of 25% each. We will provide you with the bank details or PayPal information for secure and convenient payment. Both methods are suitable for British and International businesses. Please let us know if you have any specific payment-related questions or concerns during your consultation
What type of files will I receive?
You will receive the appropriate final files for your project. However, we do not provide clients with the RAW files, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or After Effects files. If you have a specific reason for needing these files, we can discuss it during our initial consultation.
Do you offer a-la-carte projects? (e.g., one-off logo, animation and etc.)
We strive to accommodate a-la-carte projects based on our company’s schedule. Please send us a message, and we will do our best to assist you.
How are quotes calculated?
Our quotes are tailored to the specific needs of each client. We take into account various factors such as project complexity, scope, and additional requirements. During our consultation, we will discuss and provide transparency regarding any licensing materials, such as typography licenses, or other requested add-ons that may be necessary for your project. Rest assured, we will ensure that you are fully aware and informed about any additional costs before proceeding.
How long does a project usually take to complete?
Project timelines vary depending on scope and complexity, and for full transparency, all timelines will be discussed and agreed upon during our discovery call. We also understand that some projects may require tighter deadlines; where possible, we will do our best to accommodate these requests, subject to the studio’s availability.
Do you offer support after the project is completed?
At 2121 Creatives, we value our clients and pride ourselves on providing thoughtful aftercare. This includes minor revisions to ensure you are fully satisfied with the final deliverables. Beyond launch, we offer continued end-to-end support and extend a preferential rate on all services for up to 12 months following the completion of your project.
